Niki`s Food Shop in Charlotte

The best hot dog that I have had in a long time and at a bargain price. A southern chili dog with slaw, mustard and ketchup. It was $2.12 tax included.🌭👍👍💯❣️🤗

My fav is the Nikkis salad, there service is always on point as well as clean, friendly environment they close before 3 I believe someone correct me if im wrong

I just ordered the beef tips.. mashed potatoes gravy corn and green beans. I got a cup if sweet tea with my order that was so sweet and sugary I couldn't even drink it. TheTcorn was soooo salty that I couldn't even eat it. Operating in our Black community u should know better thetto serve foods that are extremely high in salt content and loaded of sugar!! Oh my gosh I'm so dissatisfied with the order. I will definitely be throwing it away. A waste of my hard earned$12 bucks!! Shame on u Niki's for trying to kill us with all that salt and sugar😡👎 No more business for u!!

I remember this was the stop for breakfast and you get your money's worth you go in there and you always see somebody you know it's tight little joint but everybody is friendly and you can get a table breakfast is really reasonable and the lunch is good I love that perch and french fries and coleslaw

Ate there for the first time last month never again my stomach was tore up all day didn't even enjoy anything throw up and trash the entire plate

Crowded, slow, non compromising, disorderly and a few insects crawling around. BUT the hood loves them. Go figure! Nowhere else on the Westside can up get a freshly* grilled hot breakfast around $10. Not including a cup of ice to go with your hot orange juice for an additional .50. How they stay in business confuse me. Maybe it's the nutritiant deficient salads.They can't get any more of my money....no matter how much this little guy asks. But if you go, take cash, they do have an ATM there but the fee is $2.50. As for parking, get in where you fit in.

I love that salads from this place you really get your money's worth. You will not have to wait too long to receive your food that you order and the price is worth the amount of food that you get

It's parked out, and it's crammed inside with so many people. That shows their quality as a restaurant. Im waiting for my food and IT SMELLS WONDERFUL!

The food is good and cheap the customer service SUCKS... This neighborhood staple has been around a very long time. I think if the community were to boycott them they may take us seriously and stop being so mean and cheap. I will say that they serve a Mean "RUDE" sandwich though. LoL I used to frequent this establishment in my non caring about my weight days. The breakfast items are good choices, the salads are fresh, and the tea is sweet. I noticed they only serve the cheapest products from their bread *crumble toast* the jelly *no name fructose corn syrup* and please dont have the nerve to ask for an extra napkin **rice paper** I have not been back in a while but I dont drink liquor anymore either so it's safe to say I am able to make better choices in the morning.. LOL I'm Done Now! Safe Eating Googlers!!

The food is very good. Freshly prepared, healthy portions, and very accomadating staff. Seating is limited. The Nikki Salad is my favorite!

Had personal business to take care of we want some good lunch an decided on Nikki's an ordered the chicken tip wit gravy okra and I order pintos an boy oh boy was my food good. He loves Nikki's so for those who are scared of the hood shouldn't visit. Just know the best things comes from these hood places always good and good people. Just because someone labels certain areas the hood doesn't mean all bad as some have labeled it to be.

I was in town for NASAP and my Fraternity Brother told me that I had to checkout this place. Before we arrived he told me that we had to get cash because they are cash only. This place did not disappoint and the portions was over flowing with taste and size. The fish was fresh the grits were made just right and typing this is making me want to make a return trip to Charlotte. I highly recommend this place!!

I wouldn’t even leave a star if it was a option. Customer service was very horrible. The first time I went the salmon and egg was horrible taste processed. Went back to try the salad people love and he came from behind the counter to snatch the money out my hand and to tell me I can’t afford the orange juice. Never again would I give them my money!!!

The is delicious and you can ask them to go easy on the salt.

What a great grab a quick bite to eat food shop!😊 There is dining in here at Niki's, its not a large area of seating however, you can carryout as well. The staff was very nice and the service was fast and friendly!🏃🏾👏🏼I applaud the way they get you in, take your order and serve customer's with a smile. They're a neighborhood treasure with reasonable prices. I truly enjoyed the chicken chef salad I bought! I had to buy two because it looked so good! Trust me it was delicious and huge! Better get there before 2 pm, and there open early for breakfast! ENJOY!🎉😇💃🏾

Food is good. Customer service can be little better from ladies in the front at times. But usually ok.

The worst experience ever. Customer service was horrible. I ordered the Niki Salad, the bacon was burnt, the chicken was dry. The owner snatched the money out of my daughter's hand after coming from behind the counter to get money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to eat here. A waste of money, never again.

This place kind of reminds me of a place back home in Boston called "Brother's" in Mattapan Sq.. Great food generous portions and a local place that you can go where you would run into friends you haven't seen in years. The only downside is that they take cash only. Other than that a great little greasy spoon!

You can order anything on the menu and it’s going to be fresh, fast and delicious. I recommend this place to people who ask for good eating spots.

The breakfast specials are always good. I prefer the grits over the potatoes and onions because they have paprika in them. The plates are huge and everyone I take here loves it. Small space with maybe 5-7 chairs but the food is great. They open early and close early too so no dinner menu. The sausage links are hard to find at other restaurants but they have them here. Breakfast specials come with a drink end around 10

I ordered a salad & they automatically put bacon on the salad. Not knowing bacon comes on the salad, everyone doesn’t eat bacon & it should be asked before putting it on their food.

Stopped here for the first time yesterday. The food was great but man. THE SWEET TEA HERE SLAPS. Great to see the owner hustling his to go orders in the parking lot. Great spot! I have to try a few other things now.
